Redpath Mining seeks an Electrical Supervisor to oversee all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair activities across the mining site. You will lead a team of electricians to ensure safe, reliable operations and drive improvements to system performance.

The role requires a strong background in mining, hands-on electrical knowledge, and the ability to coach and develop staff while maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mining/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• Licensed Electrician with 5–10 years of experience.
• Supervisory experience 2–5 years.
• Knowledge of the mining industry underground environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and electrical contractors across the site.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems including substations and control systems.
• Ensure work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and site procedures.
• Plan preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and safety checks.
