Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a TMF Operations professional to handle document processing, approvals, and quality checks within a CRO setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with the Project Team.

Candidates should have a university degree (life sciences preferred) and up to 1–2 years of TMF experience, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and familiarity with eTMF systems.

Formación

• University degree preferred; Life Science desirable.
• 1–2 years TMF experience in CRO/Pharma recommended.
• Ability to collect, index and edit documents per SOPs and naming conventions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with electronic document repositories.

Responsabilidades

• Fulfil the TMF Approver and/or TMF QC Reviewer roles per SOPs.
• Process and resolve TMF documents in electronic and hard copy formats.
• Prepare periodic TMF Quality Control checklists for Project Team review.
• Perform periodic TMF Quality Control to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with Electronic Document Management and TMF systems to classify documents.
