Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Associate I, TMF Operations to support TMF processing, review and archiving of essential documents. The role involves working with electronic TMF systems and SharePoint to classify and maintain records across studies.

The role requires a university degree and at least 6 months of TMF experience with a strong attention to detail and compliance under regulated environments. Remote working options across virtual locations are available.

Formación

• University Degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant TMF experience.
• Knowledge of working within a highly regulated industry (preferably within CRO/Pharma industries).

Responsabilidades

• Fulfil the TMF Approver role as defined by SOPs and practices.
• Process, review and resolve rejected TMF documents for multiple studies.
• Work with electronic and hard copy TMF systems to review and classify documents.
• Communicate with RMC Lead to report trends and issues relevant to the TMF.
• Escalate TMF Quality issues to RMC Lead in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support for the RMC Lead, including filing and trackers.
