Worldwide Clinical Trials in Buenos Aires is seeking a Records Management Compliance professional to oversee TMF operations for globally sponsored studies. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, quality control, and timely data management across projects.

You will collaborate with project teams and sponsors, prepare KPI analyses, and support audits. A life sciences degree and 2–4 years of TMF or regulated-industry experience are preferred.

Formación

• University degree preferred (Life Science desirable).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated industry or CRO/pharma environment

Responsabilidades

• Perform RMC Lead Activities across multiple complex studies.
• Communicate with Project Team members and Sponsors to assess TMF needs.
• Oversee the Quality Control process and follow up on non-compliance.
• Assist in development of project-specific TMF Quality Management documents.
• Prepare, maintain, and present TMF KPIs and data trends.
• Support regulatory and sponsor audits and audit finding resolution
