Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a critical data migration program for a major automotive manufacturer, within a global consulting context. You will plan, execute and govern data migration activities across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and implement controls to ensure data accuracy, integrity and a smooth transition to the target ERP system. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
