Job summary

World Business Lenders, Llc is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration planning and execution for a major enterprise program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and quality controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Responsibilities include leading activities across workstreams, validating data accuracy, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
