Job summary

Teladoc Health is seeking a Sr. Technology Business Manager in Argentina to lead IDS governance, oversee labor reporting, and partner with Technology, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate capitalization, controls, and audit-ready reporting.

You will own the labor reporting lifecycle from intake to leadership insights, leveraging Jira, Airtable, Allstacks, Apptio, and Power BI to drive data-driven decisions and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Finance, Technology Business Management, or related business operations roles.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with Finance teams on labor allocation, reporting, reconciliation, or capitalization processes; advanced Excel and Airtable experience preferred.
• Experience developing leadership reporting materials and presenting insights through PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IDS (Internally Developed Software) SOX business process controls for RTE certification, ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, and ASC standards while coordinating audit deliverables.
• Validate monthly and quarterly IDS and labor allocations to ensure submissions are complete and timely.
• Own the end-to-end labor reporting process including cost center coding, capitalization support, variance analysis, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Manage Airtable operations including automation development, permissions, field/base updates, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and automate reports and dashboards in Power BI to track delivery metrics and trends.
• Monitor and report on labor trends, allocation risks, and process health for leadership insights.
• Manage budget tracking and resource alignment against approved spend; provide regular financial reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering and process alignment to ensure governance expectations.
