Ampstek is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) in Argentina to drive agile delivery across Servicing Experiences Technology and partner/customer teams. You will lead technology conversations, document solutions, and guide sprint ceremonies with delivery teams while supporting product owners in backlog refinement.

You will align PI objectives with our strategy and roadmap, coordinating dependencies across TPMs and ensuring value for end users.

Formación

• Experience facilitating sprint planning and other scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to refine backlogs with product owners and teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-team dependencies in an agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work within Servicing Experiences Technology and across partner/customer teams to implement defined project plans and initiatives
• Facilitate and lead technology conversations and document solutions
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings and other scrum ceremonies with delivery team
• Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness
• Implement the Program Increment objectives to support strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies with other TPMs
• Ensure value is delivered to end users
• Develop a prioritized team backlog with the product owner
• Create metrics-driven insights into delivery using team metrics
• Raise impediments, manage risks and dependencies
• Promote innovation through continuous exploration
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
• Ensure projects meet regulations and data privacy and security
• Manage program budgets and track spending

Job Description:

• Work within Servicing Experiences Technology and across partner/customer teams to implement defined project plans and initiatives
• Facilitate and leads technology conversations and documents solutions
• Facilitate sprint planning meetings and other scrum ceremonies with delivery team
• Support product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readiness
• Implement the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with other Technical Project Managers (TPM) to coordinate cross-team dependencies and other teams within the organization.
• Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users
• Work with the product owner to develop a prioritize team backlog
• Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics
• Raises impediments, handles risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs
• Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration
• Provide awareness of gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teams
• Ensure projects meet industry regulations and company policies, including data privacy and security
• Manage program budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and spending aligns with project plans
