Mastercard is seeking a Junior Technical Project Manager to support software development and product teams. You will work with engineers, testers, and product owners to enable agile delivery, track progress, manage risks, and report outcomes to clients and leadership.

You will perform analyses, develop practical recommendations, and collaborate with client staff to assist with implementation tasks, under the guidance of senior consultants.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
• Experience in IT/software development project management.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage defined workstreams or small projects within software teams.
• Work hands-on with engineers, testers, and product owners to support agile delivery.
• Track progress, manage risks, and align outcomes with client objectives.
