Azumo, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Technical Leader to design, guide, and deliver scalable software solutions across Python, .NET, Java, JavaScript, and data technologies. You will lead a growing team of engineers, align with clients, and drive architecture and delivery through Scrum.

Responsibilities include defining architecture, leading the team, mentoring staff, ensuring security, and reporting progress.

Formación

• BS or Master’s degree in Computer Science, related degree, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience with software development in Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies
• 7+ years of experience leading development teams
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2)
• Deep expertise with Linux and hosted cloud environments (Heroku, AWS, App Engine, or others)
• Practical experience with open-source technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience integrating solutions with 3rd-party APIs (RESTful, OAuth, JSON)
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving
• Strong experience with backend development, data systems, or scalable software architecture

• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
• Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Hire and train technical personnel
