Job summary

Measure Marketing (MMR), a Toronto-based GEO, AI search and SEO agency, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships across LATAM and Europe. You will manage multiple clients, track AI-driven and traditional SEO outcomes, and report progress monthly.

You will explain AI search shifts, monitor Google/Microsoft Ads performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver visibility, traffic and leads while safeguarding scope and margin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management in digital marketing or SaaS/B2B services.
• Working understanding of SEO, PPC and AI search concepts.
• Ability to read GA4, Search Console and dashboards and explain changes.

Responsibilities

• Be the client's trusted partner and main contact; conduct monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Read and interpret paid and organic performance; monitor budget-to-pipeline health.
• Link content plans to client goals and drive CRO fixes with web team.
