Job summary
Huenei IT Services is seeking a Technical Manager/Engineering Manager to lead software development teams across Senior and Mid-Level developers. You will define architecture standards, drive agile delivery, and manage projects for local and international clients, primarily with US-based accounts.
You will collaborate closely with analysts, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software development teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining software architecture and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate software development teams (Senior and Mid-Level).
- Define and promote architecture standards aligned with business needs.
- Manage software delivery for local and international clients (mainly US).
- Plan and oversee Agile project activities (Scrum/Kanban).
- Monitor performance with KPIs/OKRs and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with analysts, QA, DevOps and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and proposals.
- Support team development through feedback and career planning.
