Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Solid background in software development, engineering workflows, and full-lifecycle software delivery.
- Proven experience guiding software teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with enterprise Agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Track record identifying bottlenecks, mitigating risks, and delivering complex software products on time.
