Burson Peru is seeking a Technology Practice Manager + Intelligence & Insights Lead to steer technology sector communications and agency innovation with a data-driven approach. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and deliver measurable ROI through advanced analytics and AI tools.

The role demands a deep understanding of tech ecosystems, strategic planning, and effective storytelling across executive audiences, with a hybrid work model in Peru.

Formación

• 10+ years in strategic communications or PR agencies or corporate comms.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (3+ years).
• Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology sector communications and agency innovation.
• Provide data-driven counsel with insights from analysis and intelligence.
• Design annual PR plans and measurement frameworks (PESO).
• Manage budgets for campaigns and accounts.
