Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Answer tax-related questions, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions and processing issues.
• Document resolutions and maintain customer records.
