BairesDev is seeking a Talent Analytics Analyst to transform recruitment data into actionable insights that drive hiring strategy. This 100% remote role partners with leadership to optimize the recruitment lifecycle and enable data-driven decisions across our global teams.

You will design dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on metrics such as cost-per-hire and retention to support workforce planning. Fluency in English and 4+ years of analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, Data Analytics, or Talent Operations.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and building dashboards using SQL and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
• Proficiency in reporting and analyzing talent-related KPIs to support operational decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor recruitment funnel health and operational efficiency.
• Analyze talent-related KPIs to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to present data-backed insights that support workforce planning and organizational success.

• Track and report on key metrics such as employee retention and cost-per-hire to ensure a scalable talent strategy.
