BairesDev is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Data Analyst to transform corporate data into actionable insights and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will partner with the finance team to build reporting frameworks and data models that enable informed business decisions.

The role is 100% remote, with excellent compensation in USD or your local currency, and a setup to work from home.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an FP&A Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Proven expertise in data analysis utilizing Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
