Somnio Software is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with deep IT recruiting experience to drive our talent attraction strategy and serve as the main liaison between teams, clients, and industry professionals.

You will partner with multiple teams to understand technical and cultural needs, shape the sourcing approach, and connect with top talent via LinkedIn and other platforms, influencing outcomes for client projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and define role profiles.
• Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on tests and interviews.
• Align selected profiles with hiring managers and stakeholders for each project.
• Define, execute, and optimize the talent sourcing strategy, focusing on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Lead and develop the recruiting team, ensuring quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
• Track key recruitment metrics (time to hire, candidate quality, client satisfaction) and propose improvements.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with solid experience in IT Recruiting to lead our talent attraction strategy and act as the key link between our teams, clients, and top industry professionals.

In this role, you'll work closely with different teams to fully understand the technical and cultural needs of each project, and you'll lead the strategy to identify, attract, and connect with great talent through LinkedIn and other platforms. This is a strategic position with direct impact on the results we deliver to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams to gather detailed requirements and expectations for each position.
• Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on test results and interviews.
• Align selected profiles with hiring managers and stakeholders on each project.
• Define, execute, and optimize the talent sourcing strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Job requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong sourcing and search skills on LinkedIn and other IT talent platforms.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaling technology companies.
• Experience working with LATAM and US teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Experience implementing AI tools within HR.
• Background in organizational design or change management.
