This role leads strategic Wholesale initiatives, coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to translate objectives into measurable results.

You will manage end-to-end programs, balancing scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, while applying Agile and Waterfall methods and leveraging AI-driven automation to boost efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management.
• Strong Retail and/or Wholesale knowledge.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience with PMO environments and AI/automation tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, aligning priorities and outcomes.
• Build and maintain project plans across scope, schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, driving necessary actions.
• Translate business objectives into clear deliverables and execution plans.
• Create communication across teams with clear ownership and accountability.
• Track milestones and provide management visibility into status.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline processes and improve execution.
