Trafilea is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a strategic financial leader, overseeing investor relations, banking partnerships, governance, and capital strategy for a fast-growing consumer-tech group.

You will drive fundraising, optimize capital allocation, modernize financial systems, and ensure robust governance and compliance across global e-commerce operations, reporting to the executive team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years in senior finance roles with investor relations, banking, fundraising, and governance experience.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and governance frameworks.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional and investor-facing roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic financial leadership: budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to guide executive decisions.
• Develop KPIs linking operations to financial outcomes (CAC, LTV, cash conversion cycle).
• Evaluate ROI on marketing, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Fundraising & capital strategy: lead equity, debt, and hybrid fundraising from sourcing to closure.
• Optimize capital structure to minimize cost of capital while supporting growth.
• Drive M&A and strategic investments with due diligence and integration.
• Investor relations: build trust through roadshows, earnings calls, and transparent reporting; deliver updates and reports.
• Banking & treasury: manage global banking relationships; oversee debt financing, liquidity management, and fraud prevention controls.
• Finance process modernization: streamline automation and dashboards for agile decisions.
• Corporate governance & compliance: ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and governance requirements.
• Global & e-commerce finance: optimize cross-border tax strategies, payment processing, and inventory financing.
• Team leadership: build and lead a high-performing finance team across FP&A, treasury, governance, and IR.
