Job summary

Clipboard, a remote-first marketplace connecting healthcare professionals with workplaces, seeks a Strategic WFM Analyst to own centralized forecast, capacity planning, and workforce cost optimization across all lines of business.

You will translate demand forecasts into defensible FTE and overtime strategies, model capacity risks, and align with Finance, Product, and Operations. Expect to produce concise executive memos and drive strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background in WFM with capacity modeling, Erlang, shrinkage, and SLA/ASA trade-offs.
• Ability to translate complex demand forecasts into financial impact and headcount plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive memos.
• Experience influencing Finance, Product, and Operations without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Translate multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity and budget requirements.
• Model trade-offs across FTEs, BPO, overtime, and incentive hours.
• Analyze demand-funnel changes and quantify capacity dollars.
• Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate assumptions and SLAs.
• Draft executive memos and weekly business reviews for leadership.
• Conduct root-cause analyses when actuals diverge from plans.
