ExxonMobil is seeking an Employee Development & Staffing Advisor – Associate in Buenos Aires to design, execute and enable Employee Development & Staffing activities. You will gain a solid understanding of the development philosophy, staffing priorities, and how to align plans with supervisors and managers across populations.
The role requires advanced English, a university degree in HR/Business/Management or related HR experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Formación
- Fluent English required with strong written and spoken communication.
- University degree in HR/Business/Management or equivalent HR experience.
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data privacy standards preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Gain understanding of development and staffing philosophy, and related systems.
- Understand global staffing deployment and align plans with supervisors.
- Match candidate pools with development needs and seek advice as necessary.
- Utilize HR systems and tools to provide data-driven insights for pipeline analysis.
- Engage with the ED&S network to share best practices in staffing processes.
- Understand EM controls and confidentiality expectations.
