ExxonMobil in Buenos Aires seeks a mid-level finance professional for Planning and Stewardship to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Upstream/Product Solutions. You will monitor expenses, analyze performance, and provide insights for decision-making with ~1000 energized employees.

Role emphasizes improving processes, applying US GAAP, and collaborating with business counterparts on new developments and projects. Fluent English and strong Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (Accounting and Business Administration preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related areas.
• Advanced/ Fluent English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of US GAAP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage planning activities, comparing actual results against key business variables and KPIs.
• Analyzes business and / or financial results for insights to understand key business events and factors compared to plans, prior periods, and trends.
• Include stewarding plans for headcount, workforce KPIs, technology, supply chain, emissions / sustainability, manufacturing, reliability / maintenance, volumes, and sales specific to a function.
• May support the annual planning process.
• Participates in benchmarking, special events, and other ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Analyze Profit & Loss Statements (P&L) to evaluate operational results versus budget, forecasts, and corporate plans
