ExxonMobil Buenos Aires is seeking a motivated Junior Payroll Advisor to support payroll operations with accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Data Management, and external payroll providers to deliver timely payroll services.

This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to grow in payroll, HR operations, data analytics, and employee services within a global organization.

Formación

• Degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, economics, management, or related field.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Payroll Administration, HR Operations, Employee Services, or Shared Services.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance awareness.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer payroll processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll-related employee transactions, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
• Validate payroll-impacting transactions and ensure payroll readiness.
• Analyze payroll data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and timely support.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Data Management teams, and payroll vendors.
• Maintain payroll records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and data quality.
• Execute payroll controls and data validation activities.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with payroll system enhancements, automation projects, and process standardization.
• Participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution to improve payroll service delivery.
