EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director-level professional for the Strategy and Execution Supply Chain practice in Buenos Aires. The role covers end-to-end transaction lifecycle including pre-sign diligence, sign-to-close planning and post-close execution, with a focus on transforming supply chains for global clients.

You will address complex supply chain challenges, drive performance improvements, and work with CEOs, Boards, and Private Equity to deliver durable value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Proven expertise in direct materials sourcing, planning/inventory, and/or logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs; quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; ability to develop long-lasting relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
