Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join our global SAM team. You will manage software licensing across Latin America and other regions, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to support accurate licensing decisions, compliance and optimization.

You will interpret licensing terms, maintain asset records, and coordinate renewals in a high-volume, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM roles with licensing responsibilities.
Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance, and audits.
Strong understanding of node-locked, concurrent, named-user, and cloud licenses.
Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive requests.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms across multiple publishers and licensing models.
Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing information.
Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and cost.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and external vendors.
Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment while improving SAM processes.
