Job summary

PUMA is seeking a results-driven professional to project seasonal purchase and sales plans by store/cluster, define product mix, and monitor inventory performance to meet commercial goals. The role requires strong Excel skills and English proficiency, with experience in retail planning and sales analysis.

The candidate will analyze store KPIs such as traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, ROS, Sell Through, and margins, and will coordinate seasonal events and promotions to maximize business results.

Qualifications

• Experience in product planning and commercial forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitors.
• Ability to analyze sales and inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Proyect the seasonal purchase and sale plan by store/cluster for the assigned Product Division.
• Determine and structure product mix at point of sale per store/cluster.
• Monitor inventory flow per store/warehouse based on seasonal plan and article performance.
• Analyze and track sales and KPIs by store to meet commercial goals.
• Evaluate actions and events to achieve commercial objectives.
