The role blends financial analysis, governance, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. You will analyze P&L performance, support forecasting, evaluate pricing scenarios, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/manager/owner-level roles.
• Experience in FP&A, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills with dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze P&L performance and support forecasting, resource planning, and pricing scenarios.
• Manage business reviews, KPIs, revenue commitments, and forecasts with actionable insights.
• Standardize workflows and improve reporting accuracy using automation, BI tools, and AI.
• Establish operating cadences, track commitments, anticipate risks, and drive resolutions with stakeholders.
