Job summary

ESET is seeking a Finance Planning and Business Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. You will deliver high quality financial insights to guide management decisions and serve as a key analytical partner to business stakeholders under guidance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to improve controlling processes and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or accounting.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools is an advantage.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning activities with clear communication to involved parties.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Monitor deviations between actuals, budgets, and forecasts with explanations.
• Analyze sales, costs, margins, and profitability to identify key drivers and risks.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Evaluate business cases, pricing decisions, and investment proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Support to collect financial inputs.
• Review monthly closings, manage accounts and reporting systems per accounting standards.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and investment documents for value and compliance.
• Ensure data quality and compliance with internal reporting standards.
