Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the finance function as the company grows. You will collaborate with the CFO and Controller on financial planning, analysis, and reporting to strengthen processes and drive performance insights.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and the development of FP&A capabilities within a lean finance team.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data.
Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior finance stakeholders, including the CFO and Controller.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
Work closely with the CFO and Controller to support financial decision-making.
Analyze financial data and help identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting procedures.
Support the finance function as the organization expands and scales its operations.
