Qualifications

• Strong math, stats & CS foundational knowledge.
• Fluent English at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytical models addressing business and technical goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are finished punctually and meet quality benchmarks.
• Participate in strategic conversations, providing input that helps guide data-focused initiatives.
• Evaluate colleagues' work, offering constructive feedback to maintain sound analytical standards.
• Explore and address complex analytical issues that emerge during the project lifecycle.
• Help junior team members grow by sharing knowledge and building capabilities.
• Engage in planning sessions, helping define scope and offering accurate time estimates.
• Keep up with emerging trends in the field and incorporate useful new methods into daily tasks.
• Keep thorough documentation of essential methodologies and findings to enable long-term knowledge transfer.
