Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives in Sandton. You will drive improvements across operational areas, develop plans, and ensure delivery of transformative projects.

You will manage cross-functional teams, present business cases, monitor risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A master’s degree and 7+ years in ops are preferred, with a strong track record in leading complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on strategic projects and transformations.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with change management methodologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
