Ernst & Young is seeking an FP&A - Assistant Director for the Global C&I Finance team. The role supports the CFO and Industry Leaders with financial analysis, modelling and strategic insight across multiple regions.

You will drive transformation by leveraging AI, automation and EY analytics platforms, modernising finance processes and delivering high-quality, data-driven recommendations.

Formación

• Graduate/professional certification in Finance, Accounting or a related subject.
• Strong grounding in corporate financial management and FP&A.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to manipulate and visualise data effectively.
• Familiarity with EY reporting tools (FR, Revenue Analyzer, ThoughtSpot, Essentials).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work across time zones, operate independently and deliver under pressure.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in finance.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse diverse datasets (financial & market) to generate actionable insights for C&I strategic priorities.
• Develop forward looking projections, market informed commentary and evidence based recommendations for C&I CFO and leaders.
• Build business cases that interpret strategic outlooks and highlight implications for industries, accounts and C&I performance.
• Act as a primary advisor to C&I pillar leaders, Industry and Account Leaders, and the Global FP&A CFO.
• Prepare regular updates, leadership briefings, and talking points for executive meetings.
• Provide functional expertise on broad C&I strategic initiatives.
