Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of finance experience with FP&A exposure.
• 2+ years in FP&A, management reporting or analytics.
• Experience with digital tools and analytics-enabled finance solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver core FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Develop structured performance commentary and management-ready outputs.
• Support dashboards and reports using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with FP&A Managers and Senior Managers.
• Coach analysts and participate in knowledge sharing.
