Confidential, a leading multinational company, seeks a Commercial FP&A professional to join its team and partner with senior business leaders. You will support strategic decision making through budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering in a fast-paced international environment.

The successful candidate will provide financial insights, prepare management reports and executive presentations, and drive improvements across planning cycles and reporting automation,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, management control, or corporate finance experience.
• Exposure to accounting processes, financial close activities, tax, controlling, or back-office finance operations.
• Experience in multinational environments; Big Four preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and performance management skills.
• Finance business partnering for commercial or operational teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and SAP experience; Hyperion Planning desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimate processes.
• Partner with commercial leaders for financial analysis and insights.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, recommend actions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Analyze financial results, variances, and key drivers.
• Participate in planning cycles and strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance with corporate financial standards.
