The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior finance professional in Buenos Aires to lead strategic planning, budgeting, and regional financial management. You’ll partner with regional teams to drive performance across brands and channels.

You will oversee forecasting, analytics, and cost control, while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain. This role requires leadership and deep finance expertise.

Formación

• University degree in Finance/Accounting required.
• Minimum of 10 years in finance, preferably in sales affiliate or retail industry.
• CPA or CIMA preferred.
• Hands-on SAP experience and CPM knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to coach SAP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Drive brand(s) strategic planning, budgeting and monthly estimate process.
• Review productivity, COGS, category mix, A&P analysis to maximize affiliate performance.
• Provide strategic analysis to Regional management and recommendations for improvements.
• Consolidate brand results, ensure policy compliance and coordinate with regional and APAC offices.
• Support execution of business plans to deliver regional goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, demand planning and supply chain for forecasting reconciliations.
• Interface with regional Brand/SVIP Finance/APAC/Affiliate Management for planning and control.
• Prepare business presentations as needed.
• Evaluate financial forecasts and risks or opportunities independently.
• Manage relationships with cluster accounting, SVIP Finance and regional finance teams.
• Lead projects for regional financial discipline, cost-saving initiatives and consolidation across affiliates.
• Focus on strategic priorities such as FS stores, Online, Omni-channel, Digital, Creative.
