The Estée Lauder Companies in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Finance leader to drive regional planning, budgeting, and monthly estimates. You will review performance metrics,Partner with regional teams to optimize profitability, and ensure finance policies are followed across affiliates.

With 10+ years in finance, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, coach SAP CPM users, and support strategic brand initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

University degree in Finance/Accounting required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, ideally in sales affiliate or retail.
CPA or CIMA preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP and CPM knowledge.
Ability to coach SAP knowledge to stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

Drive brand strategic planning, budgeting and monthly estimates.
Review productivity, COGS, category mix, A&P analysis to maximize affiliate performance.
Provide strategic analysis to Regional management and recommendations for improvements.
Consolidate brand results and ensure compliance of financial policies across regional offices.
Support execution of business plans to achieve regional goals (new brand launches, channels).
Collaborate with marketing, demand planning and supply chain regions to validate sales assumptions and forecast reconciliations.
Interface with regional finance teams to ensure planning and control processes.
Prepare business presentations as needed.
Establish knowledge of the business environment and provide independent financial forecast evaluations.
