Ryzlabs seeks a Data Analyst to join the Platforms & Partnerships Finance, Accounting, and Reporting team. You will work with financial and operational data to create insightful reports and dashboards, enabling decision-making and supporting the firm’s global strategy.

The ideal candidate has a solid data foundation and Power BI expertise in data transformation, modeling, and visualization, with a drive for continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5–6 years in finance, accounting, data analysis, sales operations, or consulting.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel; finance/operational data analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and CRM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Radius) is a plus. SPECIFY other tools as observed.

Responsibilities

• Translate inputs from roster, vendor agreements and invoices into budget and forecast models.
• Assist with tracking team spend for budget, actual and forecast at the platform level.
• Support budgeting/forecasting; prepare and present materials for senior leadership.
• Review/validate vendor invoices and time/expense submissions; track capitalization.
• Assist in billing code setup, coding invoices and spend tracking.
• Reconcile vendor invoices with internal reports to ensure accurate hours and rates.
• Provide data to finance stakeholders for ISL chargeback, forecasting, and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly reports including P&L by platform; respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in preparing internal finance/accounting presentations.
