RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join a client team and help build a brand-new Data team from the ground up. You will measure operations, analyze customer journeys, and translate insights into strategies that improve retention and revenue growth.

You'll work with Tableau, Power BI, Looker and SQL to create dashboards, partner with stakeholders across time zones, and shape data-driven decisions for a fast-growing startup with remote teams across LatAm and the US.

Formación

• Experience in e-commerce analytics, especially checkout and retention.
• Proficient with Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Shopify.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Ability to build complex data models to extract actionable insights.
• Identify pain points causing customer loss and provide improvements.
• Experience working across time zones is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Measure and analyze operations efficiency and trends, working with stakeholders to identify root causes and translate learnings into insights.
• Build, own, and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards for business partners and leadership.
• Partner with multiple internal teams to create datasets and conduct robust analyses.
• Collaborate with data partners to scale the data ecosystem and enable cross-functional projects.
