Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiting Market Intelligence Analyst to shape our talent attraction strategy with data-driven market insights.

You will partner with Executive Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to identify opportunities, analyze labor market dynamics, and strengthen our employer value proposition globally. You will transform complex workforce data into actionable recommendations and support workforce decisions, candidate calibration, and pipeline

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research, talent intelligence, workforce analytics, or data analytics supporting Talent Acquisition.
• Experience using labor market intelligence platforms, research databases, and talent mapping methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to translate complex data and research findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and data visualization skills.
• Experience conducting market, competitor, organizational, and talent research using multiple research methodologies and data sources.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research on labor market trends, talent availability, competitor activity, workforce demographics, and talent opportunities to support executive recruiting strategies.
• Develop talent maps across targeted industries, geographies, and leadership job families to identify executive talent pools.
• Analyze competitor structures, leadership movements, succession, and reporting to inform recruiting priorities.
• Partner with Executive Recruiting to build and maintain pipelines of external executive talent.
• Create market intelligence reports, candidate briefs, benchmarking analyses, and visual presentations communicating findings.
• Provide strategic insights and market context to support candidate calibration and workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employer Branding, and HR on strategic initiatives and projects.
