Prysmian Group is seeking a Controlling & Reporting Manager for the La Rosa plant in Mataderos, Buenos Aires. The role requires strong accounting skills, multi-site manufacturing experience, and leadership to guide a team in delivering timely financial reporting and cost control.

You will manage fixed and variable costs, inventory activities, and financial controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and meet targets in a dynamic market.

Formación

• University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills; ERP and data warehouse experience.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate reporting of local and group financial results.
• Control fixed costs and analyze variances.
• Develop and record inventories (annual and partial).
• Analyze production costs (raw materials and labor).
• Maintain financial records and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Support operations with process improvements.
• Lead and guide the team to meet targets and adapt to changes.
