La Rosa plant in Mataderos, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, is seeking a dynamic Controlling & Reporting Manager to guide the finance team. You will lead timely reporting of local and group financial results, control fixed costs, and oversee inventory development and recording in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities include production cost analysis, maintaining accounting records and reconciliations, and implementing robust controls and improvements across finance and operations.

Formación

• Experience in controlling and reporting
• Ability to report timely and accurately local and group financial results
• Cost control and analysis of production costs
• Inventory development, organization and recording
• Maintaining financial records and reconciliations
• Process improvement and supporting operations
• Leadership of a finance team and change management

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate reporting of group and local financial accounting results
• Control fixed costs and analysis
• Develop, organize and record annual and partial inventory
• Analysis of variable costs of production (raw material and labor costs)
• Maintain financial accounting records and reconciliations
• Develop and maintain relevant financial accounting controls and procedures
• Support operational functions with process improvement
• Lead and guide the team to reach targets, acting as a role model
