Prysmian seeks an energetic Controlling & Reporting Manager for the La Rosa plant in Mataderos, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. You will lead timely reporting, cost control, and inventory management while guiding a skilled team.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP preferred), and excellent English. You will collaborate across functions to optimize financial performance and drive improvements.

Formación

• University degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of similar experience in manufacturing/ multi-site environment preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and database skills; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to manage time and workload, plan and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate reporting of local and group financial results.
• Control fixed costs and perform cost analysis.
• Develop and record inventory (annual and partial).
• Analyze production variable costs (materials and labor).
• Maintain financial records and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures.
• Support operations with process improvements.
• Lead and guide the team to achieve targets; model leadership.
• Advanced English required.
