Hire Feed is seeking a Head of Communications to drive strategic communications across internal and external stakeholders, including media relations, corporate messaging, and crisis management. This full-time on-site role aligns communications with business objectives and works with executive leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in communications, proven media relations and crisis management skills, and experience in tech/AI environments.

Formación

Minimum 10 years of experience in communications or public relations.
Proven track record in media relations, crisis management, and strategic planning.
Strong writing and editing skills for executive communications and press materials.
Experience guiding communications for high-growth technology or AI-driven companies preferred.
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, on-site environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Lead media relations efforts, including press releases, interviews, and thought leadership placements.
Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
Manage crisis communications and reputation risk mitigation plans.
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine messaging and stakeholder engagement.
