Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns across paid social and native platforms. You will work with leadership to shape strategy, handle reporting, optimizations, and client communication.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing, 1–2 years in an agency, and strong analytics. A flexible, fully remote/hybrid/work-from-office setup is offered with USD compensation and commission opportunities.

Formación

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels.
• Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat networks.
• Campaign development and optimization: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing across paid social & paid media platforms.
• Lead budget management and bid optimizations to hit client goals.
• Provide proactive strategy recommendations and internal communications.
• Develop and manage client testing roadmaps and next steps.
