Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists—Strategic Builders to advise enterprise customers on AI strategy and agentic deployments. You will define roadmaps, lead workshops, and architect solutions spanning the Salesforce agentic AI platform and Data Cloud.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage risks, and drive measurable value with senior stakeholders while collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience - required.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and Data Cloud/Agentic AI capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume, owning outcomes at every stage.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps; lead workshops and design sessions; architect solutions with Salesforce platform.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and stakeholder communications; act as the delivery team's backbone.
• Own adoption and expansion metrics; identify blockers and drive value realization.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and platforms (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to accelerate delivery.
• Manage customer stakeholders; present business-value outcomes to executives.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation.
