Abbott is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in the Chemical Industry to drive sales, manage key LATAM accounts, and develop new business with a focus on catalysis and decarbonization technologies. The role reports to the Sales Manager for LATAM and requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The position is based in Martinez, Buenos Aires, Argentina with a hybrid work model. Travel within Latin America is required; fluent English is essential, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years in the chemical industry with related expertise.
• Proven track record in complex sales/negotiations and account management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop existing accounts and new leads in the region.
• Build and execute account plans to position Abbott as a strategic partner.
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts.
