AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer & SRE to operate and improve a Kubernetes-based API platform across public and private cloud environments. You will implement automation, tooling, and incident management to ensure reliability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in production Kubernetes, strong Linux skills, and experience with Azure or AWS. Nice-to-haves include Grafana/Prometheus, Terraform/Helm, and CI/CD tooling. Flexible with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating Kubernetes in production, ideally with service mesh.
• Strong Linux/CLI fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Ability to debug complex systems from app to infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes-based platform across cloud environments.
• Leverage observability tooling and up-to-date runbooks for alerts.
• Manage end-to-end incident response, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
• Onboard and support new clients on the platform.
• Build automation and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support hardware and software upgrades and maintain current components.
• Proactively manage capacity to scale with demand.
