Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen payments reliability and order-to-cash workflows. You will build end-to-end observability stacks using Azure Monitor, ADX/KQL, and Grafana, define SLIs/SLOs, and implement automated diagnostics.

The role requires strong Python, PowerShell and C# skills, and a hands-on approach to automation, IaC, and CI/CD.

Formación

• Proven SRE expertise in production reliability and incident response.
• Hands-on development with Python, PowerShell, and C#; IaC and CI/CD experience preferred.
• Advanced telemetry analysis using Grafana and ADX/KQL; validate telemetry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement and monitor SLIs and SLOs for critical payment workflows.
• Architect and maintain end-to-end observability across distributed environments.
• Lead incident management, RCA, and toil elimination initiatives.
• Design AI-assisted monitoring and automated diagnostics to speed resolution.
• Assist capacity planning and performance tuning for reliability.
