AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina, is hiring an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role emphasizes secure, fault-tolerant solutions and cross-team technical leadership within a 24x7 international company. Flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure).
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company is a must.
• Previous experience in disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience interfacing with and managing vendors and managed service providers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software .
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self-sufficient, self-managed, self-motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.
• High energy and ability to work independently in a very fast growth environment.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.

• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.
